Shrewsbury Castle and Shropshire Regimental Museum
The building of Shrewsbury Castle began in 1066, during the reign of William the Conqeror. This magnificient building is now home to the Regimental museum, which displays uniforms, medals, weapons and other equipment of The King's Shropshire Light Infantry and The Shropshire Yeomanry.
