A small museum dedicated to the Rochdale Pioneers. The premises was the world's first viable co-operative shop.

Rossendale Museum and Whitaker Park
Built in 1840, Rossendale museum has an extensive collection of fine art, furniture and a natural history collection. There are also exhibits relating to the history of the area.

Samlesbury Hall
A fourteenth century Tudor manor house. Hosts an array of activities (see site for details) including weekly guided tours with their own Henry VIII, craft exhibitions, ghost hunts and more.

Witton Country Park and Visitor Centre
The visitor centre is housed in a restored nineteenth century coach house. There are horse drawn carriages, a pets corner, tea rooms and a range of summer activities and workshops.
