Skye Serpentarium
Originally opened in 1991 as an education centre, the Serpentarium has evolved into a refuge for unwanted and illegally imported reptiles. There are over 50 reptiles on display.

Urquhart Castle
Urquhart Castle was once one of the strongholds of Medieval Scotland, but now mostly lies in ruin. Its biggest draw is its close proximity to Loch Ness and the fact it is the vantage point from where most monster sighting are made.

Smoo Cave
Smoo Cave, set in limestone cliffs, is one of the largest caves in north-west Scotland. It has a fascinating history, having been a dwelling for humans throughout several periods of history and, more recently, having reputedly been a meeting place for smugglers.
