Museum of Reading

Look Out Discovery Centre
An interesting hands on exhibiton of science and nature, covering Light and Colour, Sound and Communication, Woodland and Water, Forces and Movement and Body and Perception. There are also walks, cycling and picnic venues in the surrounding woodland and a playarea for children.

Trilakes Animal Park and Fishery
Visitors can see a range of animals from pot bellied pigs and goats, to miniature ponies and alpacas. There is also a model railway and a remote controlled boating pond. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for family days out in Berkshire.
